About

Built by an operator, for operators.

Ryudo comes out of a simple frustration: the businesses that keep the supply chain running have the least software built for them.

I spent my career on the commercial side of aerospace and defense — close to the small and mid-sized contractors that everything upstream depends on. The pattern was always the same. These are serious operations run by people who carry the whole business in their heads: the jobs, the cash, the suppliers, the compliance. And the software built to help them was either priced for companies ten times their size, or didn't fit how they actually work.

I watched a manufacturer try to bolt a general-purpose AI tool onto that problem. It didn't stick. Not because the idea was wrong, but because it didn't understand the business — it was a smart assistant with no memory of how this operation actually ran. That's when it clicked. What these companies need isn't another chatbot or another dashboard. They need a living model of their own business — one that learns how they run and gets more useful every week.

What Ryudo is

Ryudo is a living AI operating model for small-business contractors. It connects the tools you already use, shows how the business actually runs, and surfaces the few moves that matter. The name comes from the Japanese 流動, ryūdō — "flow." That's the state we're trying to keep your business in: everything moving, nothing slipping through.

We start with defense and dual-use contractors, where the constraints are hardest — some of the data is controlled and can't leave the building. Ryudo runs on your own internal model, so it can work inside those walls. Solve it there, and it generalizes to any small business that's outgrown spreadsheets but can't justify enterprise software.

Why it holds up

The longer Ryudo runs, the more it learns how you actually decide — and that's what a replacement can't rebuild from scratch. Your operating memory is yours, and it compounds. That's the difference between a tool you try and a system you keep.

Who's building it

Ryudo is built by Agentic Tuples, based in Austin, Texas, in partnership with LoveTo.Agency. We're small, close to the customer, and building this the right way — with a handful of design partners who'll shape what it becomes.

How we build

A few things we won't compromise on.

Honest about what it does

The Ryudo Score is a read, not a promise. We tell you what's live, what's coming, and what it can't do yet. No magic numbers.

Your data stays yours

Model-agnostic by design. Run Ryudo on your own internal model so controlled and sensitive data never has to leave your environment.

Close to the operator

We build with design partners, not for an imagined buyer. What ships is shaped by people actually running the businesses we serve.

Help shape it.
